Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

This policy explains exactly how subscription cancellation works in Autodeck today. It is limited to the billing behavior currently supported in the app.

Effective date: April 6, 2026

1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to self-serve paid subscriptions purchased through Autodeck for Starter, Growth, and Pro plans.

It does not apply to the Free plan, which has no subscription charges, or to Enterprise arrangements that are handled outside the self-serve billing flow.

2. How Cancellation Works

  • A dealer can cancel an active paid subscription from the billing section of the dashboard.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, billing for the next renewal cycle is stopped.
  • The dealer keeps access to the current paid plan until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • After the active paid period ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless a new paid subscription is started.

3. No Immediate Loss of Access

Cancellation does not immediately remove access to the current paid plan. It only prevents the next recurring charge and allows the current paid period to finish normally.

4. Refunds

Autodeck does not currently offer automated or standard refunds through the app.

If a dealer cancels after a billing cycle has started, the unused remainder of that billing period is not refunded under the current product policy.

5. Plan Changes

Plan upgrades and downgrades follow the billing behavior shown inside Autodeck and managed through Razorpay where applicable. A cancellation request only affects future recurring billing; it does not retroactively reverse a billing cycle that has already started.

6. Policy Updates

If the cancellation behavior changes in the future, this page will be updated with the revised policy and effective date.
