Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
These terms describe, in straightforward language, how dealers may use Autodeck, how subscriptions work, what happens during trial and cancellation, and what responsibilities remain with the dealer.
Effective date: April 6, 2026
1. Service
Autodeck is a hosted website platform for vehicle dealers. It allows a dealer to create a branded showroom, publish vehicle inventory, manage dealership details, receive buyer inquiries, view analytics, connect an eligible custom domain, and manage subscription billing for supported plans.
These Terms and Conditions apply to dealer use of the product features currently offered in the app.
2. Dealer Account
A dealer must create an account to use the dashboard and publish inventory. The dealer is responsible for account access, the security of login credentials, and all activity that happens through the dealer account.
3. Trial and Plans
- New dealer accounts receive a 14-day free trial managed inside Autodeck. During the trial, the dealer receives Pro-plan access as defined in the product, except for features that are expressly restricted during trial.
- If the dealer upgrades to a paid plan during the trial, the trial ends immediately and the selected paid plan becomes the active plan.
- If the dealer does not upgrade before the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan automatically.
- The Free plan is free forever within its listed limits.
- Enterprise billing is not processed through the self-serve Razorpay checkout flow.
4. Paid Billing
Starter, Growth, and Pro subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. By starting a paid subscription, the dealer authorizes Razorpay to process the applicable recurring charges for the selected plan.
Pricing, listing limits, and plan-specific features are those shown inside the product at the time of selection.
5. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation
- When a dealer upgrades between paid plans, Autodeck uses the Razorpay subscription update flow supported for the subscription. Where Razorpay applies the change immediately, billing and access follow the updated Razorpay subscription state.
- When a dealer downgrades to a lower paid plan, the current higher plan remains active until the existing billing period ends, and the lower plan takes effect on the next renewal cycle.
- When a dealer cancels a paid subscription, billing for the next cycle stops. The dealer keeps access to the current paid plan until the active billing period expires. No mid-cycle refund is provided for the unused portion of that period.
- After a cancelled paid billing period ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless a new paid subscription is started.
6. Custom Domains
Custom domain connection is available only on eligible plans shown in the product. Custom domains are not available during the free trial period. A dealer is responsible for controlling and maintaining the domain they choose to connect.
7. Dealer Content and Responsibilities
- The dealer is responsible for all business information, vehicle listings, prices, photos, contact methods, and other content published through the platform.
- The dealer must have the necessary rights to use and publish the content they upload.
- The dealer must not use Autodeck to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Autodeck provides the software platform only. It does not act as the buyer, seller, broker, or payment intermediary for vehicle transactions between a dealer and a buyer.
8. Buyer Communications
Autodeck can surface direct buyer contact actions such as WhatsApp, phone, email, sell-request, and callback workflows where those features are enabled in the product. The dealer is solely responsible for how they respond to inquiries and conduct any resulting sales or negotiations.
9. Availability and Changes
Autodeck may improve, update, secure, or maintain the service from time to time. We may modify plans, plan limits, product interfaces, or infrastructure as part of operating the service. Any material changes to the governing legal terms will be reflected through an updated version of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Suspension or Termination
Autodeck may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms and Conditions, respond to abuse, address payment failure, or comply with legal obligations. A dealer may stop using the service at any time, subject to the billing and cancellation rules described above.
11. Limitation of Platform Role
Autodeck provides a software platform for dealer websites, inventory publishing, and dealer-managed buyer communication. It does not guarantee sales volume, lead quality, search ranking, uptime without interruption, or specific commercial outcomes.
12. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms and Conditions are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Autodeck after the updated terms become effective means the dealer accepts the updated terms.
